UA contributes to the food security, health, livelihood, and environment which has been regarded as a solution to global problems such as land use shortage, and waste emissions emerging from the transport of non-local food [2]. The combination of productive city theory and food-energy-water nexus research provides a way to realize the sustainable design and development of communities.
